We, like Lee, have reached the end of the line. But before bringing this tour to a close, we should finish by asking ourselves that most difficult of questions, "Where's Oswald?"
Well, you can be sure he wasn't buried in Dallas; the city already had enough disgrace to shake off. Instead, the vilified 24-year-old was interred in Fort Worth at Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park. The headstone bears Lee’s name, but only as “Oswald.”
The staff at Rose Hill are loath to reveal the location of the gravesite, but for a time, all one needed to do was ask instead for Nick Beef. As the story goes, a professional comic purchased the plot next to Oswald’s and installed a marker bearing the unusual name. Rose Hill eventually caught on, though, and will no longer reveal Beef’s position, either.
But if you’re intent on visiting Oswald’s gravesite, you can find its location, like all the other sites in this tour, by clicking Information for This Attraction at the top or bottom of the page.
Before you do anything reproachful to Oswald's grave, though, just remember the guy never had a trial. I'm not saying he's innocent — remember, I'm just the tour guide — but I think the fact that he's here is enough. Besides, you should remember the rest of the place is full of people who really didn't kill the president.
But if you must do something, bring yourself a camera. That way, you can say you, too, shot Oswald.
